Many roads are closed due to landslides
Around 40 residential houses were damaged due to flash floods in Dharam Kund village. Officials said that despite continuous rain and cloudburst, policemen who reached the spot rescued more than 100 stranded villagers.

He said that many vehicles were swept away in the floods caused by the overflowing of the drain. He said that rains are continuing on the highway and passengers have been advised not to travel on the main road till the weather improves and the road is cleared.
Massive Destruction in Ramban
Heavy rainfall has led to severe flooding, with water inundating numerous homes and compelling residents to seek safer locations. The crisis is particularly dire for vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and those with health issues, who face heightened risks. While local authorities have initiated relief and rescue efforts, adverse weather conditions and difficult terrain are significantly hindering their operations.
